We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible subscription charges. This page explains eligibility, top-up treatment, and how refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Weariq AI subscriptions and credit top-up purchases.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued through the original payment channel used at checkout.
Refund requests can be submitted in-app from Dashboard > Subscription > Payment History and are reviewed before any refund is processed.
Your statutory consumer rights (where applicable) are not limited by this policy.
2. Subscription Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund window for eligible subscription charges (initial purchase or renewal), subject to the conditions below:
- Time window - request must be submitted within 14 days of charge date.
- Usage review - heavy credit consumption during the billed period may reduce or remove refund eligibility.
- Abuse prevention - repeated refund abuse, fraud indicators, or policy circumvention may result in denial.
- Method - refunds are sent to the original payment method; final settlement timing depends on card/bank networks.
3. Credit Top-Up Refunds
Top-up credits are digital goods and are treated differently from subscriptions:
- Unused top-up credits - may be eligible for refund if requested within 14 days and no credits from that top-up bundle were consumed.
- Partially or fully consumed top-ups - generally non-refundable.
- Technical deduction errors - if credits were deducted due to a platform fault, we may restore credits or provide equivalent remediation.
4. Cancellation and Renewal
- Cancel anytime - you can cancel before the next renewal date from account settings.
- End-of-term access - after cancellation, paid access generally remains active until the current period ends.
- No automatic prorated refund - cancelling mid-cycle does not automatically create a prorated refund unless required by law or explicitly approved.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be denied in cases such as:
- Requests submitted after the stated eligibility window.
- Substantial credit consumption before refund request.
- Consumed top-up credits.
- Accounts terminated for policy violations or fraud.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Go to Dashboard > Subscription > Payment History.
- Click Request on an eligible charge and submit a reason.
- Optionally include extra details to speed up review.
We typically review requests within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Many issues can be resolved faster through direct support.
Where chargebacks are initiated, account access may be limited while transaction investigation is in progress.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time for legal, operational, or product reasons. Updated versions become effective when published with a revised “Last updated” date.
