We offer a 14-day refund window for subscription payments. We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we'll work with you to make it right.

1. Overview

At Weariq AI, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our subscription plans and credit top-up purchases. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

By purchasing a subscription or credits on Weariq AI, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window for subscription payments (Pro and Business plans) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility — you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or a renewal payment.
  • Credit usage — refund requests are evaluated based on credit usage. If you have consumed a significant portion (more than 25%) of your allocated credits during the billing period, the refund may be prorated or denied.
  • First-time subscribers — if this is your first subscription with Weariq AI and you are unsatisfied, we will prioritize your refund request within the 14-day window.
  • Refund method — approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).

3. Credit Top-Up Refunds

Credit top-up purchases are handled differently from subscriptions:

  • Unused credits — if you have not used any credits from a top-up purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
  • Partially used credits — if some credits from a top-up have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable. This is because credits are a digital good that is consumed immediately upon use.
  • Technical issues — if credits were consumed due to a technical error on our end (e.g., failed generation that still deducted a credit), we will restore those credits to your account at no charge.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime — you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Access until period end — when you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You continue to have access to all features and remaining credits until that date.
  • No partial refunds for early cancellation — cancelling mid-cycle does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining days. However, you retain full access until the billing period ends.
  • After cancellation — once your billing period ends, your account reverts to the free Starter plan with 3 credits. Your try-on history remains accessible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@weariqai.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle, and you will receive a confirmation email.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The refund request is made more than 14 days after the payment date.
  • A significant portion of subscription credits have been consumed during the billing period.
  • Credits from a top-up purchase have been partially or fully consumed.
  • The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraudulent activity, or uploading prohibited content).
  • The user has a history of repeated refund requests (refund abuse).

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster than a formal chargeback process.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify users via email if applicable. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
